*Shipping times*
We make everything to order and usually aim to dispatch your order within 7 days.
Occasionally some of our more complicated designs and collaborations may take a little bit longer to send out, but that should be detailed on the individual item listings.

*Packaging*
Your item will come carefully packaged in recycled tissue paper, and sent in either a recycled cardboard mailing box, or a sturdy recyclable envelope.
To add a gift box to your order for £1.00 - please select one from the "Gift Boxes" category in the menu.
(please note that for some of our much bigger pieces, gift boxes are unavailable)

*Gifting information*
We can send your gift directly to the recipient!
When checking-out, enter the address of the gift recipient in the "SHIPPING" section. And then enter the recipient's name in the "NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS" section.
And you can also write a personal gift message in the "NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS" section, for us to include with your gift!

*Postage*
UK postage is £1.95, and items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post.
Non-UK postage charges are as follows:
Europe: £8.65
Rest of the World: £9.65
Non-UK orders are sent using a recorded delivery.
Customs and Import Taxes: Please note that the buyer is responsible for all customs and import taxes that may be applied.
