*Shipping times*
We make everything to order and usually aim to dispatch your order within 5 days.
UK orders are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail.
Non-UK orders are sent using tracked delivery.
Occasionally some of our more complicated designs and collaborations may take a little bit longer to send out, but that should be detailed on the individual item listings.

*Packaging*
Your item will come carefully packaged in recycled tissue paper, and sent in either a recycled cardboard mailing box, or a sturdy recyclable envelope.
To add a gift box to your order for £1.00 - please select one from the "Gift Boxes" category in the menu.
(please note that for some of our much bigger pieces, gift boxes are unavailable)

*Gifting information*
We can send your gift directly to the recipient!
When checking-out, enter the address of the gift recipient in the "SHIPPING" section. And then enter the recipient's name in the "NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS" section.
And you can also write a personal gift message in the "NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS" section, for us to include with your gift!

*Postage*
UK postage is £2.60, and items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post.
Non-UK postage (Excluding EU & NI) is £10.60.
Your order will be sent using a recorded delivery.
EU & Northern Ireland: WE CAN NO LONGER SHIP TO YOU
We're heartbroken, but as of December 2024 there are lots of quite complicated new rules that we can't comply with at the moment, so we can no longer send you our things. We're so sorry!
