Welcome to our little shop! Here's some info you might find useful!

*Packaging*
Your item will come carefully packaged in recycled tissue paper, and sent in either a recycled cardboard mailing box, or a sturdy recyclable envelope.

To add a gift box to your order for £1.00 - please select one from the "Gift Boxes" category in the menu.

*Gifting information*
We can send your gift directly to the recipient!

When checking-out, enter the address of the gift recipient in the "SHIPPING" section. And then enter the recipient's name in the "NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS" section.

And you can also write a personal gift message in the "NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS" section, for us to include with your gift!

*Postage*
All UK postage is free!
(Except for some sale items where there is a flat rate of £1, regardless of the size of your order)

Non-UK postage is £7.00 and is sent using a recorded delivery.

Customs and Import Taxes: Please note that the buyer is responsible for all customs and import taxes that may be applied.

*Shipping times*
We make everything to order and aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days.

Occasionally some of our more complicated designs and collaborations may take a little bit longer to send out, but that will be detailed on the individual item listings.

**IMPORTANT POSTAGE UPDATE (July 2021):

UK orders:
Royal Mail are still reporting that despite their best efforts, there may still be some delays to their services due to the pandemic.

Having said that, we've not had reports of delayed parcels yet this year so far, but do allow a bit of extra time for your order to arrive.

**For Bristol orders, we will hand deliver a lot of these, so any postal delays shouldn't be an issue. (Brendan loves to be a cycle courier!)

Non-UK orders:
We are continuing to send items overseas, but again, there will be delays due to the pandemic.
In terms of Brexit and sending items to the EU, it's all new to us, but we will have a go and see what happens!
