**CHRISTMAS LAST ORDERS*

UK - please place your order by Monday 16th December to receive before Christmas
(although we can't guarantee delivery, this *should* allow it plenty of time to arrive)

*Click-and-collect* - If you're local to Bristol, you can place an order as late as Friday 20th December for our last collection day from our shop on Monday 23rd December!

Non-UK - please place your order before Monday 2nd December for delivery before Christmas.

We will be making and sending out orders after this time, but we can't guarantee they'll reach you before Christmas.

Shipping Times:

We make everything to order and aim to dispatch your order within 3 days.

Occasionally some of our more complicated designs and collaborations may take a little bit longer to send out, but that will be detailed on the individual item listings.

Packaging:

Your item will come carefully packaged in recycled tissue paper, and sent in either a recycled cardboard mailing box, or a sturdy recyclable envelope.

To add a gift box to your order for £1.00 - please select one from the "Gift Boxes" category in the menu.

(please note that for some of our much bigger pieces, gift boxes are unavailable)

Our gift boxes are made from environmentally friendly cardboard and are manufactured entirely in the UK.

 

Gift Giving info:

We can send your gift directly to the recipient!

When checking-out, enter the address of the gift recipient in the "SHIPPING" section. And then enter the recipient's name in the "NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS" section.

And you can also write a personal gift message in the "NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS" section, for us to include with your gift!

Postage & Delivery

UK postage is £2.60, and items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Non-UK postage (Excluding EU & NI) is £10.60.
Your order will be sent using a recorded delivery.

EU & Northern Ireland: WE CAN NO LONGER SHIP TO YOU
We're heartbroken, but as of December 2024 there are lots of quite complicated new rules that we can't comply with at the moment, so we can no longer send you our things. We're so sorry!

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all customs and import taxes that may be applied.

Returns

Just let us know if you have any problems and we will happily sort out a replacement or refund.

 

Our chains etc:

All our silver plated necklaces, earrings, rings and cufflinks are nickle free.

Our chains, jump rings and clasps are all manufactured in the UK and we source all our other findings in the UK where possible.

As everything is hand-made to order, we can easily accommodate any special requests.
