Gift Voucher

We're very happy to now offer Gift Vouchers!

Once you have purchased a Gift Voucher, we will email* you the voucher (see the second image for an example) for you to print at home and give to the recipient. (or you can forward it as an email to the recipient.)

*this will be a separate email to your order confirmation.

If you would like a personalized message included on the voucher, please let us know in the "NOTES OR INSTRUCTIONS" section at the checkout!

**PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AT THE CHECKOUT!**

If you'd like to combine two amounts to make one larger gift voucher total (larger than the amounts we offer here) then add an extra note at the checkout to let us know that you'd like the vouchers combined into one. (instead of us emailing you two different vouchers)

HOW TO USE OUR GIFT VOUCHERS:

The vouchers work as a discount code, with the voucher amount being taken off your order total.

To use them ONLINE:

Simply shop as normal from our online shop, and then add the code at the checkout, in the "Discount Code" box.

The full amount needs to be spent as credit isn't currently available on Big Cartel.

(If you really can't spend the full amount in one go, then drop us an email and we can work something out!)

To use them IN OUR BRISTOL SHOP:

You can also use the gift vouchers in our Bristol Shop. You don't need to spend the full amount in our bricks and mortar shop, we can adjust the voucher amount to reflect what you spend each time.

**There is no expiry date on our gift vouchers! We understand that time flies, and wouldn't want anyone to miss out because they'd totally forgotten to spend their voucher!**

(Please note that these vouchers cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent value!)
